In the KCVB project, microalgae cultures with a high cyanophycin content are being transferred from laboratory scale to demonstration scale. Cyanophycin is a bio-based and compostable bioplastic with the potential to replace numerous fossil-based plastics.
The startup one - fıve is responsible for the distribution of bioplastics based on algae, bacteria and other microorganisms, with a view to the global consumer goods industry.
