1st Green Innovation Days

A picturesque farm in the middle of Ostholstein, decentralized and authentic: Gut Helmstorf was a well-chosen location for the new trade fair format of the Schleswig-Holstein Chamber of Agriculture. The focus of the fair was on professional exchange on the topic of digitization in agriculture. Of course, the Blue Bioeconomy was also there!

AQUATOR introduced itself to the large audience, and many contact details were exchanged. Innovative startups presented themselves and their concepts. The companies that presented themselves focused on topics such as the creative use and generation of solar power, the management of moors, modern peat substitutes, seed coatings, insulation materials made from hemp, fruit growing with delivery service, animal welfare, driftwood utilization, integrative pest control, and the perfect monitoring of cultivated plants. There is a lot to learn about this emerging field, and the Green Innovation Days are sure to attract even more industry professionals next year!
