As an aquaculture business, Kieler Meeresfarm produces organic mussels and algae (DE-ÖKO 006) in the German Baltic Sea. We also make our expertise and knowledge available as project partners or contractors in scientific projects. The Kieler Meeresfarm team consists of the three founders Kristina Hartwig, Nikolai Nissen, and Dr. Tim Staufenberger. We want to use the Baltic Sea in a sustainable, careful, and environmentally friendly way.
