Thekla Schultheiß has been a research assistant at the Institute of Toxicology and Pharmacology for Natural Scientists since 2020. She studied biology at Kiel University with a focus on aquatic ecology, ecotoxicology, and microbiology. She provides scientific support for the BaMS projects Aquator and ÖkoPro. As part of Aquator, she is responsible for evaluating potential sources of pollutants in the respective aquaculture system, analyzing pollutants, and ultimately conducting toxicological assessments of aquaculture products.
